07/13/07 - happy Friday the 13th, all!
I believe I drew this in March? Maybe February. Anyway, I had just finished squeefully burning a "songs that totally make me think of my characters" mix CD and it needed a cover. And what better cover than a ginormous group shot of the entire cast, squished into a 4" square? It's veryquick and dirty, but it gets the job done. It was a blast trying to think of how to pose everybody so that it kind of all came together (especially who is looking at/reacting to whom). I think my highlights are Raven (winged girl), Sage (angst in the upper left) and Ombrage (smirk in the upper right). For the prompt "Rivals" because, well, they all are. ??/100. |

My god, but Ombrage looks hot in this one. Raven's adorable, and so is Feu (kind of disturbing, that). I want to cuddle Sage. I am so glad you've been working on this OC challenge, hon . . . I can't tell you how much I've missed your AOI characters. Like my own long-standing characters, they feel like old friends.
You've done a great job of making them all stand out from each other, too, even with the monochrome. Their expressions are really personality-projecting.
