Portrait of Flint wherein I like to think he looks a little bit like a guy (as opposed to usual, when he looks too girly). Hence, the "man" prompt.

So after the Air image, I wanted to try another digital painting and see if I couldn't push myself to work the image beyond a really loose stage. I think I got a little farther on this attempt, and I definitely tried some new techniques.

I really like the facial structure I achieved, since I usually struggle on portraits without some kind of reference image.

He's way too tan here (I mean, he's kind of supposed to be albino), but I liked the shading on his skin and I chose to keep it rather than repaint it. It looks kind of like dramatic shadows anyway, right? Right?
