For the "hours" prompt. As in, "hours later, Espoir was still waiting, but still no sign of Haiku."
Ages back, I started a spinoff that got into how these two first meet (and wackiness ensues). I never finished it, but I still can't shake the urge to go back to it someday.
Highschool student!Espoir hovering around the cafe where he first met Haiku, determined to run into him again. Alas, Haiku is kind of on to his stalkery ways and is hiding out elsewhere. Somehow they end up my most normal couple? Yeah, I dunno either.
Oh hey, my favorite setting. Nice use of flat color, hon - I liked the way you subtly colored Espoir & his table (& the empty chair!) lighter so that they stand out.
A collection of the most beautiful and amazing square photographs I found among my favourites. Please have a look and give these artists the attention they deserve!
